Your role at KIKO MILANO
We are looking for a   Global Retail Intern   to join KIKO MILANO’s Global Retail team   ,   reporting to the Head of Global Retail Operations

Such talent will focus on 3 main areas:
Global Retail Operations, competition analysis, Google my business/Store Locator

In particular you will:
Lead the analysis of competition to help the Global Retail team to gain useful insights for a concrete action in line with the company strategy
Coordination and follow up of weekly commercial meetings with cross-functional teams to align on global strategies
Daily support to the Countries on operational/commercial matters
SAP orders creations
Support on creating POP materials and updating tools for the KIKO Milano Beauty Services and engraving services
Manage Drive to store digital tools such as Google My Business and Store Locator (contents management, customer insights and google analytical results).
Support the maintenance and update of training and retail contents within the global Learning platform, working closely with the Retail Process Senior Specialist and functionally with HR Team.

What you will need to succeed

Degree/Master in Economy or Marketing
Excellent communication skills

Good analytical skills
Previous experience in Retail or in Marketing / Trade Marketing will be a plus
Good understanding of the retail industry
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office (mainly good skills on Power Point and Excel)
SAP knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
