Location: Terme del Brennero
Orienta Spa - Società Benefit, filiale di Palermo, ricerca uno/una Store Manager per punto vendita del settore abbigliamento, situato a Brennero.
MANSIONI
Gestione operativa del punto vendita e supervisione del team
Pianificazione dei turni e organizzazione delle attività quotidiane
Monitoraggio KPI e performance del negozio
Gestione stock, allestimento e visual merchandising
Assistenza alla clientela e supporto nelle vendite
Gestione ordini, cassa e reportistica
REQUISITI
Esperienza nel ruolo di Store Manager o Assistant Store Manager
Competenze nella gestione team e ottime doti organizzative
Orientamento al cliente e capacità di problem solving
Conoscenza tecniche di vendita e KPI retail
Si offre
Inserimento diretto in azienda, CCNL Commercio e Terziario, RAL circa 35.000 €.
Orario di lavoro full time, su turni dal lunedì alla domenica.
