We are looking for an experienced and hands‑on IT Retail Operation Specialist to join our fast‑growing and dynamic team in Milan. You will report directly to the IT Manager and play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our retail IT infrastructure across our store network in Europe and the US. You will provide both first‑ and second‑level IT support, remotely and on‑site, taking ownership of installations, troubleshooting, rollouts, and new store projects.

What you’ll do:
Provide first- and second-level IT support to store users (hardware, software, network, POS systems, mobile devices) across Europe and the US, both remotely and on‑site
Manage and maintain store network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi, routers, switches, firewalls)
Install, configure, and support POS systems and cash registers (knowledge of New Store system is a strong plus)
Support and manage iOS devices in enterprise environments (enrollment, configuration, troubleshooting, MDM management)
Coordinate and execute new store openings, relocations, and refurbishments from an IT perspective
Lead or contribute to rollouts of new hardware, software, and retail solutions across the store network, proactively identifying improvement opportunities and proposing new solutions aligned with business needs and the existing IT infrastructure
Manage internal application portals and support store teams on business applications
Perform proactive monitoring, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis to minimize store downtime
Collaborate with external vendors and service providers when needed
What we’re looking for:
At least 3 years of experience in IT Retail environments, supporting multi‑site store networks
Experience providing both first- and second-level IT support
Strong understanding of retail operations and store workflows
Solid knowledge of:
Network infrastructure (LAN, Wi‑Fi, VPN)
POS systems (New Store knowledge is a plus)
Apple iOS device management in enterprise environments
Retail peripherals (scanners, printers – especially Zebra)
Preferential knowledge of Microsoft Intune for device management and endpoint administration
Proven experience in troubleshooting, rollouts, and project implementations
Hands‑on, proactive mindset with strong problem‑solving skills
Ability to work independently and manage on‑site interventions
Service‑oriented attitude and strong communication skills
Fluent in Italian and English
Availability to travel internationally when required
