Are you curious about retail business performance and passionate about numbers? Join our Financial Planning & Analysis (Finance team) and gain hands‑on experience in analyzing store performance in a leading retail company!

What you’ll do:

Analyze the economic and operational performance of our stores;
Collect and consolidate data from multiple internal systems;
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management;
Perform variance analysis versus budget and forecast;
Collaborate with Finance, Operations, and Retail teams to ensure data accuracy;
Support business reviews with actionable insights.

What we’re looking for:

Degree or final‑year student in Economics, Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field;
Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of PowerPoint;
Basic understanding of accounting principles and management control;
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail;
Team player with a proactive, curious mindset;
Good command of English (written and spoken).
