Supporto alla clientela durante le fasi di pagamento e post‑acquisto.
Qualifiche richieste
Diploma di scuola secondaria di secondo grado (preferibile);
Buone capacità relazionali e comunicative;
Precisione e autonomia nella gestione delle attività;
Orientamento al servizio e alla soddisfazione del cliente.
