Job Description:

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in-store experience. They act as the Floor Supervisor, guiding and coaching Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations. As part of the store leadership team, they drive store performance through customer experience and team achievement of daily sales.

Responsibilities include:

Opening & closing routines

Product Knowledge & Brand Awareness Business Understanding Proactive Thinking Attention to Detail Register/Point of Sale use Asset Protection Visual Displays System Skills

Work Schedule:

The schedule varies weekly, with at least 20 hours per week, including weekends and holidays. Hours may increase during peak times.

Qualifications /

Requisiti:

Almeno 1 anno di esperienza nel retail (preferibile)
Fluenza in inglese e italiano (B2 livello minimo)
Capacità di comunicazione, attenzione al cliente, conoscenza delle tendenze moda, flessibilità, multitasking, etica professionale
