Services Coordinator

Position: THE MALL LUXURY OUTLETS Welcome Services Coordinator
Location: Reggello

Overview The Mall Luxury Outlets is currently seeking a Welcome Services Coordinator, based at The Mall Firenze (FI), Italy, and reporting to the Customer Experience Manager.

How you will contribute

Supervise daily operations and provide feedback to every member of the team, in order to deliver an excellent customer service

Manage planning, shifts and holidays of the Welcome Lounge team Ensure every member of the team maintains adequate standards of grooming and acts accordingly to company policies, contributing to the creation of a positive work environment

Manage staff uniforms and IT equipment

Manage talent performance and conduct one-to-one meetings according to HR guidelines

Contribute to the enhancement of the services already available and promote the development of new ones in order to enrich the customer experience

Act as the touch-point for clients visiting The Mall Luxury Outlets, welcoming them and acting as personal shopper on request

Track individual travelers and groups, using The Mall Luxury Outlets digital tools

Ensure that client requests received via email and phone are promptly followed up, liaising with Tourism Marketing Team Liaise with TMLO partners to ensure the best services standards are met Monitor In-Mall image and its consistency with TMLO guidelines, updating the Marketing team on a periodic basis

Promote and sell The Mall Luxury Outlets Collection, contributing to the storytelling of merchandising and tracking sales and client feedback

Contribute to the development of The Mall Luxury Outlets loyalty program, engaging clients in subscription and points accumulation, and managing rewards redemption

Who you are Passionate about luxury hospitality

An organized, yet flexible multi-tasking person

A team leader with at least 4 years of guest services experience, preferably in a luxury environment, capable of managing a big team

A professional with proven relational skills

A fluent English and Italian speaker - any additional language will be considered a plus

A team player willing to be part of a larger group with common goals

A proactive person, with a positive approach
