RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide an excellent customer service, CRM focus, client book, and after-sales processes
Maintain company standards at all times: supporting VM, stockroom activities, and cash desk
Stay Up To Date with collections, possess deep knowledge of products, proactive and constructive attitude
REQUIREMENTS
3+ years' experience in premium or luxury fashion, RTW experienced
Good experience building and maintaining strong and lasting relationships with clients
Exceptional communication skills, energetic, responsible, and autonomous character
English language required
OFFERING
Basic Salary up to €26K
