Reporting to the Outlet Channel Director, this role will focus on forecasting and monitoring regional sales, along with planning worldwide stock requirements by product category. It will manage stock levels between regions, ensuring consistency with the Company’s strategies. The resource will supervise key performance indicators such as product performance (sell-through by area/category), retail equation, stock inventory, sales forecasts, and targets by category, managing specific reporting for the Director and stakeholders.

Periodical interaction with regions is crucial for collecting information and defining actions to sustain sales and performance.
Responsibilities

Develops analysis and reporting on the main KPIs to define and monitor Sales Targets, Stock levels and Retail equation KPIs by area and product category.
Monitors WW stock to improve the availability and the efficiency of the merchandise at regional level.
Manages stock flows from Stores to Outlets and rebalances end-of-life stock between regions to guarantee the annual target of each outlet.
Monitors the timeline of the logistic outlet stock rebalance to have the correct level of stock at the right time in the right place.
Defines process best practices for Outlet Channel and monitors the application of the sales guidelines.
Monitors stock and sales performance to define the most appropriate commercial action for each region through specific event end or specific level of discount.
Coordinates commercial events for each specific region to guarantee the most appropriate timeline and sales benefit.
Defines and supports the development of new tools for Outlet Channel.
Periodical analysis of each single warehouse to guarantee the correct allocation of the stock.
Periodical touch base with each single region to collect feedback, performance benchmark, and action plan.

Qualifications

2/3 years experience in a similar role in a fast paced very multifaceted environment.
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, team-working attitude and proactivity.
Sensibility to the luxury world.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to combine big picture thinking with detail orientation.
Excellent knowledge of Excel and reporting/forecasting tools (e.g., Business Objects, Power BI, Anaplan).
Fluency in English.
