About the Role
We are looking for dynamic, experienced bartenders to join our floor team as Bartender (Cocktail Waiters). You will deliver premium cocktails directly to guests using trolleys for live bartending, creating memorable experiences that reflect the quality and creativity of the Nikki Beach Cocktail Club. This role requires both mixology expertise and excellent service skills to maintain the highest standard of cocktail presentation and flavor.

Prerequisites

Minimum 3 years’ experience in bartending or mixology in a fast‑paced, high‑end environment

Fluent English;
Italian is a plus

Ability to deliver premium cocktails and maintain service excellence on the floor

Team player with a passion for elevated guest experiences

Must have the right to work in Italy full‑time (we do not sponsor visas)
