Position: Commis Chef - Monday to Friday

Hours:

40 per week
A leading coeducational day international school for students 2-18 years. Catering for about 550 students, we offer a core feeding of AMSnack and Lunch with some hospitality at this location. This operation runs Monday to Friday and is a term time only contract operating 43 weeks per year.
We are looking for a talented Commis Chef to join our team at one of our prestigious locations in Milan. Key Responsibilities

Work well in a team, providing breakfast, lunch & hospitality
Produce food for service using fresh ingredients, cooking from scratch and following the company’s brand standards
Ensure company food standards are adhered to and wastage is controlled
Follow all food hygiene, health & safety policies, and allergen control procedures

Experience of pot wash duties would be an advantage
Excellent customer service skills
Great team player

Knowledge / Competencies

Ability to demonstrate reasonable/good understanding and use of verbal English

Similar experience of customer and/or food preparation environment is preferred
