WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
We are seeking a Quality Method. Specialist for our Quality System department to support and enhance the governance of product development processes within Iveco Group organization. The role focuses on ensuring that engineering and development activities are executed in alignment with corporate quality standards, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
The ideal candidate is experienced in automotive development processes, has strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, and is comfortable collaborating across multifunctional teams.
KEY RESPONSABILITIES:
Maintain and improve product development procedures in line with Quality System and automotive standards (IATF 16949, ISO 9001, ASPICE)
Monitor process adherence and support audits and corrective actions
Facilitate quality methodologies (FMEA, reviews, KPIs, lessons learned)
Collaborate with Engineering, Program Management, and other functions to ensure consistent process implementation
Manage and update process documentation and support digital tools used for product development
REQUIREMENTS:
Degree in Engineering or Quality‑related field
Experience in automotive product development, quality, or process management
Knowledge of automotive standards and core quality tools
Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills
Able to work independently within a challenging business environment
Able to organize daily priorities and to react positively to unexpected priority change
Very good knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Power Point
Mandatory: fluent Italian, English
