Validation & Product Quality Manager

Location: Seriate

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Validation & Product Quality Manager to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). What will you do?

Responsable for ensuring that all quality control standard methods and procedures are constantly updated in terms of efficiency and compliance with customer requirements
Provide advice on quality control aspects to all internal stakeholders globally and locally
Support Group plants on daily activities and, in case of need, directly supports the Quality Manager and his or her team in the plant performing quality control activities
Support in the definition and adequate execution of test methods
Ensure the implementation and maintenance of the reporting system.
Ensure that all internal and external non‑conformities are tracked in the Group’s Systems and prepare periodic reports on the quality performance of the Plants
Support the plants in identifying the appropriate containment and corrective actions to internal and external non‑conformities (CAPA Plan)
Participate to new production projects acting as reference point for quality aspects

What are we looking for?

Good knowledge of ISO standards
Good knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM)
Good knowledge of Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis
Good project management skills
Availability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Good knowledge of English
Bachelor’s degree or higher in scientific subjects
