Quality Assurance Engineer

Location: Seriate

Serioplast, a global leader in rigid plastic packaging, is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Quality team at our Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG).

What You Will Do

Ensure product quality and hygiene compliance, supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of company quality systems in line with ISO standards and customer requirements.
Monitor incoming materials and finished products, ensuring all internal procedures and quality controls are properly followed.
Manage non-conformities, coordinate corrective and preventive actions (CAPA), and ensure effective closure of related activities.
Support and participate in internal and external audits, ensuring documentation and processes are audit-ready.
Maintain and calibrate quality control tools and measuring instruments in both production and laboratory environments.
Collaborate cross-functionally to promote a culture of quality and drive process improvement initiatives.

What We Are Looking For

Strong knowledge of ISO 9001 and quality management systems.
Experience in auditing and managing non-conformities.
Good understanding of statistical process control and data analysis.
Technical knowledge of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM) is considered a plus.
Good IT and data management skills.
Proficiency in English.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or other scientific/technical disciplines.
1–2 years of experience in a similar role within an ISO-certified manufacturing company; experience in the plastics sector is a plus.
