We are looking for :
Supplier Quality Manager Ex- proof vehicles
For the position, she / he refers to the TLG-Q department in Lunenburg. The candidate will have overall responsibility for explosion-proof vehicles and support the further development of the explosion-proof operation unit.
Main responsibilities

Guarantee and continuously improve the required delivery quality of Jungheinrich Ex- proof vehicles
Check the vehicle at the end of the line. We work basically with 3 major suppliers who convert our trucks into explosion-proof vehicles, 2 are based in Italy and 1 is based in Spain
Handling of operational complaints with our Ex- proof system partners
Derivation of effective measures to improve quality throughout the process chain
Support in the methodological development of our Ex- proof business partners with regard to the required delivery quality
Supplier development will be part of the work, but this must go in line with the TCQ-SQ strategy - is important also build a strong cross-JH matrix collaboration. Competence requirements :

Competence requirements

Engineering degree or comparable training
Professional experience in quality management in a production company or proven technical expertise
Qualified person in the electrical and mechanical context
Experience in applying appropriate methods for root cause analysis
Good knowledge of Italian and English. German language skills would be a plus
SAP Expertise
Safe behavior towards suppliers and employees from different specialist areas

High level of initiative and commitment
Willingness to travel, frequent trips to suppliers will be necessary (end-of-life checks, supplier audits, follow-up on requests)
Job position is based in Rosate (MI)
