Quality Control Specialist

Location: Seriate

We’re asking for a Quality Control Specialist to join our team at Serioplast’s Global Headquarters in Seriate (BG). This is an exciting chance to work in a fast‑paced, international environment where quality is at the core of everything we do.
What You Will Do

Partner with the Validation & Product Quality Manager to keep quality control methods and procedures efficient, updated, and compliant with customer requirements.
Act as a key contact for quality matters, providing support to both global and local stakeholders.
Support plants worldwide with daily quality activities and provide hands‑on assistance when needed.
Contribute to the development and execution of testing methods and lab activity plans.
Deliver training and guidance on measurement tools and processes.
Track and report plant quality performance, ensuring non‑conformities are managed effectively.
Support plants in identifying containment and corrective actions (CAPA).
Play an active role in new production projects as the reference for quality aspects.

What We Are Looking For

Strong knowledge of ISO standards.
Understanding of plastic molding technologies (EBM, SBM, IM, CIM).
Skills in Statistical Process Control and statistical analysis.
Hands‑on experience with measuring instruments and techniques.
Good project‑management skills.
Availability to travel up to 30% of the time.
Good knowledge of English.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a scientific discipline.
Minimum 3 years of experience in quality control within a multinational FMCG company.
