** Plant Quality Specialist – Knoll Italy

* * Role Summary
** Ensures compliance of products and processes with corporate standards, customer requirements, and ISO norms. Owns plant quality performance and the full customer claims process. Supports HSE activities by acting as ASPP, collaborating with the RSPP. The role requires strict adherence to all Miller Knoll procedures and standards related to Quality and Safety.
** Key Responsibilities
*** Maintain and improve the plant Quality Management System in line with ISO 9001 and Miller Knoll Quality Procedures and ISOs.
* Define and control product/process specifications; oversee incoming, in-process, and final inspections.
* Lead non-conformity management, corrective actions, and KPI reporting.
* Manage the full customer claims process, performing investigations, root cause analysis, and customer communication.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives (8 Step, PDCA, FMEA).
* Support supplier qualification, audits, and material conformity processes.
* Act as plant ASPP, ensuring compliance with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08) and with Miller Knoll Safety Procedures, working in coordination with the RSPP.
** Requirements
* ** Degree in Engineering or related fields.
* Experience in quality management within manufacturing (preferably metal furniture).
* Knowledge of quality tools (8D or Step, FMEA, SPC, …).
* Experience in HSE topics and familiarity with Italian safety regulations (D.Lgs. 81/08).
* Willingness to assume ASPP duties (qualification to be acquired with company support).
* Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
* Fluent English; proficient with Microsoft Office and quality systems.

* * Sintesi del Ruolo
** Garantisce la conformità di prodotti e processi agli standard aziendali, ai requisiti cliente e alle normative ISO. È responsabile delle performance qualità di stabilimento e dell’intero processo reclami cliente. Supporta le attività HSE svolgendo operativamente il ruolo di ASPP e collaborando con l’RSPP. Il ruolo prevede il rispetto rigoroso delle procedure Miller Knoll in materia di Qualità e Sicurezza.
** Responsabilità Principali
*** Gestire e migliorare il Sistema di Gestione Qualità secondo ISO 9001 e Procedure Miller Knoll ed ISO in generale.
* Definire e controllare specifiche di prodotto e processo; supervisionare controlli in accettazione, in-process e finali.
* Gestire non conformità, azioni correttive/preventive e KPI qualità.
* Gestire l’intero processo reclami cliente, inclusa investigazione, analisi cause e comunicazione verso cliente e corporate.
* Guidare attività di miglioramento continuo (8
Step, PDCA, FMEA).
* Supportare audit fornitori, qualifiche e conformità materiali.
* Svolgere il ruolo operativo di ASPP, garantendo conformità al
D.Lgs. 81/08 e alle Procedure di Sicurezza Miller Knoll, in coordinamento con l’RSPP.
** Requisiti
* ** Laurea in Ingegneria o discipline tecniche affini.
* Esperienza nella gestione qualità in ambiente produttivo (preferenza: metal furniture).
