Local Trade Marketing Specialist – International Markets

As part of our Local Trade Marketing department, the position will report to the Local Trade Marketing Manager and will work closely with Sales and Marketing business functions located in the corporate Headquarters in Italy.

Main activities & accountabilities:

Act as main marketing point of contact for distributors, ensuring alignment on brand guidelines, priorities and marketing objectives
Provide distributors with effective sell-in and sell-out tools (trade catalogues, presentations, POS materials, digital assets, showroom communication tools)
Support and coordinate marketing activities for key accounts managed directly by the company, ensuring consistency with overall strategy
Support the local implementation of the trade training program
Ensure proper execution and monitoring of agreed marketing plans, providing operational support and follow-up

Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Economics, Business, or a related field
4-5 years of experience in Trade Marketing roles. Experience in sporting goods industry would be considered a plus
Fluent knowledge of English, both spoken and written
Proficiency in MS Office
Ability to lead and align internal and external cross-functional collaboration
Strong time management and organizational skills to meet key deadlines
Ability to deliver quality results in fast-paced environments
Flexibility and availability for business travel
