Production Planning & Control Specialist Shoes

The Production Planning & Control Specialist supports the Production Planning & Control Supervisor in all the activities related to the Shoes Production from the production launch to the delivery of the finished product to the warehouse, interfacing with other departments such as external laboratories, raw material buying office, modelling, quality control, product development and warehouses.

The position is based at the Fendi Shoes Factory in Fermo.

Job responsibilities:

Define the Production Plan;

Check the production progress and laboratory deliveries;

Collaborate with the purchasing raw materials office, modelling department and quality control team in order to support and coordinate the entire production process and ensure deliveries;

Reframe traditional patterns of thinking and apply new and evolving ideas, methods, designs and technologies;

Take in charge of all the manufacturing issues and proactively solve them;

Ensure monitoring and respecting company target KPIs.

Profile:

Required Skills:

3-5 years’ experience in a production planning team;

Good knowledge of shoes production processes;

Excellent skills with MS Office;

Knowledge of Stealth 3000 and Model Form is a plus;

Strong analytical skills and synthesis ability;

Excellent communication skills, attention to details and high level of accuracy;

Flexibility and pro-activity;
