OpEx Specialist (m/f/x)
As an Operational Excellence Specialist, you will be responsible for transforming and optimizing the production process at our plant in Laives/Leifers (BZ).
Main responsibilities
Maintain and implement Operational Excellence (OpEx) and RAPS (Röchling Automotive Production System) standards across various areas (value-adding activities, material flow, information flow and management)
Execute and document OpEx workshops and events
Identify and resolve improvement issues through root-cause analysis
Apply methods to establish robust, sustainable and waste-free processes
Regularly coordinate with supervisors, plant managers and internal groups
Train and qualify value stream areas in OpEx and RAPS principles
Develop and improve OpEx and RAPS standards and KPI systems
Empower the organization to achieve cost savings and cultural change towards a lean organization
How to convince us
Educational background in a technical or engineering field
Knowledge and experience in applying operational excellence methods such as Lean Manufacturing
Previous experience in Lean Management roles, preferably within the automotive sector and in Operations
Willingness to travel nationally and internationally
The ideal candidate possesses strong communication and mediation skills, along with project management abilities and a problem‑solving orientation.
