Our client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Country Manager to lead their operations in Italy.

The ideal candidate will possess a robust sales background coupled with a deep understanding of operational functions within the Electronic Security industry, specifically in physical security, CCTV systems, access control, intruder alarms or fire alarms. This role is pivotal in driving business growth,managing strategic negotiations and ensuring the successful execution of the company’s business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership: develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales and operational targets
• Sales Management: drive sales initiatives and lead the sales team to identify new business opportunities, develop relationships, and close deals
• Operational Oversight: ensure efficient operations by managing resources, budgets, and performance metrics
• Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to inform strategy
Team Development: mentor and support the sales and operational teams, fostering a culture of high performance and accountability
• Stakeholder Engagement: collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to align business objectives and enhance customer satisfaction
• Compliance and Safety: ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies regarding security operations

• Proven experience in a senior sales role within the Electronic Security sector, with a focus on physical security, CCTV systems, access control, intruder alarms or fire alarms
• Demonstrated success in strategic negotiations and business development
• Strong understanding of operational processes and experience in managing teams
• Excellent communication, leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make data-driven decisions
• A degree in business administration, security management or a related field is preferred

Preferred Experience
• Prior experience in roles such as Country Manager, Commercial Director, or similar positions within the Electronic Security or related industries
• Familiarity with the latest technology trends in security systems and solutions
