Role Description
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with a background in insurance industry, preferably in brokerage insurance. The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and organizational skills, a deep understanding of insurance processes, and the ability to oversee multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring successful delivery.

Manage insurance projects, ensuring alignment with business goals
Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
Oversee project teams, ensuring effective communication and coordination across all parties involved
Identify and manage project risks, developing mitigation strategies to ensure project success

Skills and Experience
To qualify for the role you must have:

Higher education in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
At least 5 years of experience in project management within the insurance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in business analysis tools and software
Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
