We are supporting the appointment of a  General Manager for an established FMCG manufacturing business in Italy  . This is a senior leadership role with full  P&L ownership  , reporting at regional leadership level.
The role will lead a sizeable Italian operation, with responsibility for driving  commercial growth, profitability, and organisational performance  across branded, private label, and food service channels.

The Role   Full ownership of  P&L and business performance  in Italy
Define and execute  commercial and growth strategy  across multiple channels
Lead sales, marketing, operations, and supply chain functions
Identify and develop  new markets and channels  , including food service
Act as the senior leader for the Italian business, aligning local execution with group objectives
Inspire and develop a long-tenured organisation through strong leadership and communication
The Profile   Senior FMCG leader with proven  P&L ownership  (GM, MD, Country Manager, BU Director or similar)
Strong  commercial background  , ideally within food manufacturing
Exposure to  retail, private label, and/or food service  environments
Solid understanding of  operations and supply chain
Able to operate effectively in  matrix and entrepreneurial environments
Based in Naples
