TURATIOur office in Via Turati is a strategic hub, and home to all of the NGG Group staff functions. Turati is where the behind the scenes driving force of NGG is brought to life; this is harmonized with the archive exhibits of brand collaborations found throughout the office.

THE ROLE New Guards Group is looking for a Financial Controller who will directly report to the Controlling Manager, Retail, acting as a business partner and providing regular financial reporting to the Retail Department.

WHAT YOU’LL DOManage the budget, forecast and 3YP process by stores;

-Work as a business partner with key departments;

-Provide management with business analysis to the decision-making process;

-Manage and coordinate monthly closures;

-Review stock evolution and margin analysis by store;

-Develop and monitor business KPI;

-Analyze differences between actual and budget for more efficient budget planning;

-Coordinate activities of external and internal auditors for stock controls.

WHO YOU AREAt least 4 / 5 year of controlling experience, better if in Fashion or Retail business-Advanced Excel user-Positive and proactive approach-Good “team-worker”-Ability to work proactively, independently on multiple projects
