What youll be doing

Responsibilities

Lead Strategic Initiatives - Spearheading large-scale programs critical product launches and complex transformational initiatives navigating ambiguity and driving clarity.

Drive Collaborative Planning - Partnering with diverse departmental stakeholders (Finance Tech & Product Legal & Regulatory Marketing Business Development etc.) to meticulously craft robust project plans and critical paths.

Ensure Project Excellence - Proactively identifying monitoring and mitigating changes in project scope issues and risks to ensure successful delivery and outcomes.

Oversee Project Portfolios - Providing strategic direction and comprehensive oversight for a diverse portfolio of projects each with unique timelines and complexities.

Solve Complex Business Challenges - Tackling intricate business problems by developing innovative data-backed solutions with a consistent user-first approach.

Influence & Partner with Leadership - Cultivating strong relationships and effectively influencing C-level stakeholders ensuring alignment on strategic objectives and project execution.

Champion Best Practices - Developing and implementing new methodologies best practices and frameworks that enhance efficiency and foster a culture of continuous improvement across the company.

Strategic Thought Partner - Serving as a trusted advisor to leadership on specific strategic domains including consumer merchant employer and business operations.

Foster a Culture of Innovation - Promoting cross-departmental collaboration and innovation ensuring all projects are seamlessly aligned with Satispays overarching strategic goals.

Who we're looking forWe need a problem-solver who loves teamwork and gets things done. If youre curious and ready for real ownership youll fit in! Does this sound like you Professional Background A Bachelors or Masters Degree (e.g. Engineering Business) combined with at least 4-5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting or a fast-growing scale-up. Fin Tech experience is a strong plus.

Leadership & Collaboration Exceptional management and cross-functional collaboration skills with a proven ability to lead mentor and build consensus across diverse project teams and departments.

Analytical & Strategic Mindset Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a solid grasp of business economics to develop data-driven winning strategies.

C-Level Communication Superior communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English with the ability to convey complex ideas persuasively to any audience including senior executives.

Organizational Excellence Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize complex tasks meet tight deadlines and manage multiple high-priority initiatives simultaneously.
