The Senior Project Manager (PM) shall have full responsibility for the overall management and delivery of the data centre project from appointment through to completion, commissioning, and handover.
The PM shall be responsible for preparing, coordinating, reviewing, and submitting all deliverables outlined within this scope, including both one-time and recurring outputs. The deliverables listed herein form a baseline scope only and are not exhaustive. Any additional deliverables, activities, or outputs reasonably required to fulfil the PM’s obligations and achieve successful project delivery shall be deemed included within the scope of services, whether or not explicitly stated.

Key Responsibilities

Establish and manage the overall project execution framework, governance structure, and reporting protocols
Act as the Client’s primary point of contact and representative
Lead the coordination of all consultants, contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with client standards, statutory requirements, and project objectives
Oversee development, maintenance, and control of the master project programme, including design, procurement, construction, commissioning, and handover
Monitor progress against key milestones, critical path activities, and phased delivery requirements
Identify risks to programme and implement mitigation or recovery strategies
Promote and enforce a strong health, safety, and environmental culture
Ensure compliance with all statutory, regulatory, and client HSE requirements
