Description Honeywell is looking for a SPOT Coordinator for our Honeywell Building Solutions (HBS) division.

The SPOT Coordinator's role is to work closely with the field service team and the customers to promote and grow the SPOT (Parts T&M and RQ) business.
The SPOT Coordinator is the face of Honeywell to the customer and interacts directly with end-users, peers and vendors.
The SPOT Coordinator shares knowledge of Honeywell solutions to enhance efficiencies and team ability.
Receive requests from the field service team and Sales professionals to provide quotes.
Create estimates and bids.
Propose new opportunities, provide customer support, verify customer information, do customer follow‑up and proactively search for opportunities to sell more SPOT and generate more revenue.
Follow‑up on all open RQ where we wait for customer approval, obtain purchase orders and ensure proper documentation.
Keep track of all the opportunities and have a clear understanding of the success rate for RQ.Responsibilities Significant experience in a related industry in a service‑oriented role.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Motivated individual who is driven to go above and beyond.
Previous technical/installation experience.
Previous experience in customer service.
Previous experience in estimations and bids or small project management experience.
Ability to follow instructions and identify errors.
Completed training at post‑secondary level in a technical discipline related to security HVAC/mechanics systems.
Bachelor's degree or technical/professional certificate.
