Role
Under the direct supervision of the Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Attendant is responsible for ensuring that all areas of the resort are proactively maintained and that everything is functional and in proper working order. Planning and execution of CARE and projects throughout the year.
Responsibilities

Painting, plumbing, electrical, and boiler servicing and upkeep.
Carpet installation and removal.
Wood floor installation and refinish.
Pool and spa maintenance.
Heating and cooling system maintenance.
Wood burning and gas fireplace maintenance.
Snow removal.

Requirements

Fluent in Italian and preferably English.
Work experience as a Maintenance Attendant or a similar level position at a hotel or resort for at least 2 years.
Knowledge in electrical maintenance, boilers, heating, and cooling systems.
