Scope
The role is responsible for monitoring and analyzing key logistics KPIs and warehouse costs, contributing to continuous improvement of operational efficiency through analysis and reporting tools. It provides visibility across logistics and supply chain processes and offers significant professional growth within the organization.
General Duties
Monitor and analyze warehouse KPIs (productivity, volumes, on‑time shipment) to ensure optimal performance.
Define workforce planning based on operational volumes and expected absenteeism.
Create periodic reports and dashboards using Excel, Access, and Power BI.
Support monthly logistics cost reporting in collaboration with the Finance team.
Configure WMS set‑up, ensuring alignment with operational processes.
Supervise inventory activities subject to audit, ensuring compliance with SOX procedures and company standards.
Qualifications
Master’s degree in Economics, Engineering, or equivalent.
Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret performance indicators.
Excellent knowledge of Office applications (Excel, Access, PowerPoint); familiarity with Power BI is a plus.
Fluent in English.
Previous experience in data processing and analysis is preferred.
Team‑oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across functions.
Proactivity, flexibility, and continuous improvement attitude.
Passion for the automotive industry and interest in data analysis.
