He/She contributes to ensuring the efficiency of long-term rental and fleet management through the affiliated network during the contractual period. Responsibilities include managing damage repair and maintenance services, monitoring timing and costs of interventions. He/She liaises with repairers to resolve repair issues and report service disruptions in the assistance network. He/She supports internal clients on technical and service delivery issues. Additionally, He/she collaborates with the operations center to report disruptions in roadside assistance and ensure the expected service levels.

He/she also evaluates contractual exclusions to be applied to customers.
Responsibilities

Verify actual fault of the car and need for scheduled maintenance through remote documentation review.
Ensure accuracy of cost estimates and confirm that service center quotes align with manufacturer guidelines.
Manage requests within specified timelines and provide repairers with authorization numbers for payment and invoice issuance.
Evaluate total loss scenarios for excessive cost and approve contract closure.
Determine and confirm the application of contractual exclusions.
Verify reimbursements for customer-prepaid costs.
Handle complaints within the area of responsibility.
Report dealers not adhering to economic and service management conditions.
Authorize credit notes following justified disputes regarding repairs.
Exercise decision-making autonomy within specified timelines and according to role, function, and profile assigned by management.
Handle complaints related to the area of responsibility.

Qualifications

Good understanding of bodywork repair techniques and execution times.
Ability to comprehend and generate repair quotes and cost estimates.
Good knowledge of key MS Office tools and estimation software.
Good understanding of mechanical repair techniques and execution times, coupled with energy, teamwork, and flexibility.
