We will count on you to :

Depending on the job rotation , you'll be involved in activities such as :

Relationship management :
Support Senior Colleagues in advising on insurance strategy solutions, understanding client risks, and managing current accounts;

Insurance coverage :
Identify, evaluate, and negotiate insurance-carrier coverage policies to meet client needs. Develop a deep understanding of insurance markets and analytics-based programs;

Risk management :
Contribute to a variety of risk-consulting projects, evaluating exposures and developing risk management solutions for clients;

Growth strategies :
Implement strategies to achieve growth goals and provide exceptional client service;

Placement solutions :
Assess risks and negotiate with carriers to develop placement solutions that meet client needs.

What you need to have :

University Degree :
Economics (Management, Finance, Risk Management, etc.), Law, Political Sciences, Management Engineering Degree or similar;

Language skills :
Fluency in Italian and English;

IT skills :
Advanced skills in using main IT tools, especially the Microsoft Office Package (Excel and PowerPoint);

Additional Skills :
Strong interest in insurance brokerage and risk management, extracurricular activities, self-motivation, goal-orientation, problem-solving mindset, and ability to work well in a team.
