About the Role
As a Business Manager at Prime IT Italia, you will bring in new clients and support the growth of our IT & Engineering business in Italy. You will work closely within the Italian market to develop new clients, grow your own business, and accelerate company growth. This role is ideal for professionals with 1–3 years of experience as Business Manager or working in the IT consulting space who are ready to take ownership of client relationships and grow their business unit.
Your Main Tasks

Develop and manage relationships with new clients in IT & Engineering.
Identify business opportunities and contribute to sales strategy and proposals.
Support project coordination with consultants and delivery teams to ensure high-quality outcomes.
Lead client meetings and presentations to understand client needs and deliver tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted point of contact for clients and internal teams.
Monitor project progress and proactively address client requirements.
Collaborate with recruitment and delivery teams to ensure consultants are aligned with project needs.
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth.
Contribute to team objectives and support senior managers in achieving business targets.

What We’re Looking For

1–3 years of experience in account management, business development, or consulting, ideally in IT or Engineering services.
University degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field (Bachelor’s or equivalent).
Fluent in Italian with good English.
Motivated, proactive, and results‑driven.
Team‑oriented, confident in client‑facing interactions, and eager to develop a career in B2B consulting and sales.
Must have:
Drivers License
