The Digital & Innovation Specialist will support the development and governance of a strategic platform for Financial Services, driving digital transformation and innovation across the organization. This business-oriented role involves collecting and defining functional requirements and user journeys by engaging with stakeholders to understand business needs and user expectations, translating these insights into detailed documentation and workflows that guide the development process and ensure an optimal user experience, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technological advancement.
Responsibilities
Support the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the strategic platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and stakeholder requirements.
Act as a subject matter expert on Financial Services, ensuring that digital initiatives are aligned with industry standards, compliance requirements, and customer expectations.
Coordinate and monitor digital projects involving multiple stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to best practices.
Facilitate meetings, workshops, and ideation sessions to drive project success and foster collaboration.
Prepare regular reports and dashboards on project status, risks, and outcomes.
Identify and recommend digital and innovative solutions that address emerging trends and challenges in Financial Services, such as customer experience, regulatory changes, and new financial products.
Contribute to the evaluation and adoption of innovative Digital and AI solutions.
Requirements
Degree in Management Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, STEM, or similar field.
Proven experience supporting digital projects, preferably within Financial Services or similar environments.
Demonstrated knowledge of Financial Services products, processes, and regulatory landscape.
Strong innovation attitude and competence in Digital and AI technologies.
Project Management experience or certifications (e.g., PMP, Prince2) considered a plus.
Proficient in English; additional languages are an advantage.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; able to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital project management tools.
