What You’ll Be Doing
● Lead AI

Innovation: Spearhead the creation of groundbreaking AI solutions, designing and developing cutting-edge technologies that redefine business capabilities.
● Architect AI Solutions:
Lead deep architectural discussions and design world-class AI systems that ensure seamless deployment and scale across industries.
● Drive Strategic Roadmaps:
Oversee the roadmap of activities, deliverables, and partnerships to ensure alignment with SDG’s strategic vision.
● Identify Opportunities:
Analyze emerging technologies and generative AI trends to uncover new opportunities in client projects.
● Design POCs:
Develop and coordinate Proof of Concepts (POCs) around generative AI, integrating the latest technologies into transformative business models.
● Enhance AI Integration:
Drive the incorporation of generative AI into data solutions to enhance personalization, automation, and data-driven decision-making.
● Engage in Thought Leadership:
Represent SDG at marketing and tech sector events, showcasing the latest advancements in AI and data solutions.
● Collaborate & Share:
Work closely with development teams and consultants to develop compelling business proposals, refine our value proposition in data science, and foster a collaborative learning environment through internal knowledge sharing.
● AI Innovation Radar Workshop:
Explore future trends in AI, data technologies, business, and infrastructure with insights into emerging innovations, tools, and frameworks.
● Emerging AI Models for Business Optimization:
Integrate cutting-edge AI models, including Topological Deep Learning, Neuro-symbolic AI, and Causal Discovery, to optimize current AI systems and unlock new business opportunities.

What We’re Looking For Technical Expertise: A degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related technical field with strong ties to software engineering.

Consulting

Experience:

Experience in Data & Analytics consulting, with a focus on innovation and Generative AI solutions.

AI Leadership:
Proven background in Artificial Intelligence, with hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or Architect, and a strong focus on Generative AI and innovation practices.

Generative AI Knowledge:
Deep understanding of AI models such as Large Language Models (LLMs), neural networks, and recommendation systems.

AI Architecture:
Experience designing and building machine learning systems and platforms that leverage Generative AI technologies.

Tech Proficiency:
Familiarity with tools and frameworks like Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, and OpenAI.Communication

Skills:

Strong ability to present and communicate complex AI concepts clearly and effectively.

Preferred Qualifications Advanced Degrees: A Master’s or PhD in Big Data, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields.

Cloud Architecture:
Experience designing and implementing cloud-based architectures to support Generative AI solutions.

Automation Expertise:
Proven ability to design and deploy automation and infrastructure solutions for machine learning in cloud environments.
