We’re looking for a  Founding Full-Stack AI Engineer  to join us NOW and build at insane speed.

What you’ll do  Ship. Every day.
Build full-stack features end-to-end.
Work deeply with LLMs, agents, AI-native UX.
Turn user chaos into product clarity.
Fix bugs. A lot.
Design scalable systems.
Work directly with founders + users.
Help define the engineering culture.

Next.js
Type Script
LLMs / multi agents systems
Vercel AI SDK
Shipping fast > perfect code

Hard requirements (don’t ignore these) If any of these is a no → don’t apply.
You  use Cursor / Claude Code . Daily. Religiously.
You  love GenAI  and believe it’s rewriting software.
You have an  active Twitter/X .
You live  within 1 hour by car from Verona .
You like playing  padel or ping pong . (not an hard requirement but we are gonna have fun!)
