Employerland, on behalf of a luxury 5-star hotel in Cortina d'Ampezzo, is looking for a  People and Culture Specialist.

Job Description
Our  People & Culture Specialist  is a key member of the People & Culture team, supporting the development and implementation of human resources strategies that foster a positive workplace culture and uphold the hotel’s high standards of excellence. Working closely with the HR Director of the Group, the General Manager of the Hotel and other department heads, the P&C Specialist ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies while promoting employee engagement, professional development, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
Support the recruitment process by drafting job postings, screening candidates, and coordinating interviews.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth experience for all team members.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR databases are up to date.
Assist in administering employee benefits, payroll documentation, and attendance tracking.
Provide guidance to employees regarding company policies, procedures, and labor law compliance.
Support training and development initiatives, including scheduling and tracking participation.
Help organize employee engagement activities, recognition programs, and internal communications.
Participate in disciplinary and grievance procedures as needed, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
Prepare reports and presentations related to HR metrics, KPIs, and audit requirements.
Foster a culture of respect, inclusion, and continuous improvement within the hotel environment.

Qualifications
Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in an HR generalist or specialist role, preferably in the luxury hospitality industry.
Solid understanding of Italian labor law and HR best practices.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
Discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
Fluency in Italian and English is required; additional languages are a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems is an advantage.
Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive, problem-solving attitude.
Legal right to work in Italy.
