Responsibilities
Cosa farai (davvero) – As Talent Manager you will closely follow a portfolio of talent, supporting their creative and commercial growth.

Daily management of the relationship with the talent (strategy, choices, priorities)
Support for editorial positioning and social growth
Development and coordination of projects and campaigns with brands and agencies
Constant dialogue with commercial and creative team
Proposal of ideas, formats and collaboration opportunities
Monitoring of performance, reading of results and trend oversight

It is an operational role, halfway between relationship, strategy and business.
Qualifications
Chi cerchiamo – A smart, concrete and responsible person who wants to grow in talent management of the creator economy.

1–5 years of experience in talent management, influencer marketing or creative agencies
Real familiarity with creators, social and digital dynamics
Ability to manage complex relationships (talent, brand, team)
Commercial attitude and proactive spirit
Autonomy, mental order and problem solving
Good communication (Italian fluent, functional English)
Availability for short business trips
