The Role
The Junior Talent Acquisition team will be responsible for supporting the attraction, engagement, and hiring of self‑employed consultants. You will take ownership by creating several strategic sourcing initiatives to identify the best possible people for Dojo, and you will be heavily involved in building a scalable, partnership‑driven recruitment infrastructure.
What You Will Do

Partner with hiring managers to understand the requirements for current openings, maintaining a consultative approach at all times.
Proactively engage with passive candidates through a variety of sources. While we use Linked In Recruiter, Infojobs and other job boards, we want people who know this isn’t the be‑all and end‑all of sourcing.
Seek to go above and beyond to find the best self‑employed consultants on the market.
Hold detailed interviews to truly understand the candidate’s suitability.
Provide smart, concise reporting to your key partners.
Use data to your advantage and utilise our ATS system to its full potential.
