About Four Seasons Resort Naples Beach Club
A rare gem on Florida’s Gulf Coast, Naples Beach Club is an exclusive collection of 156 luxurious beachfront private residences and a 222‑room hotel within a 125‑acre walkable coastal village in Old Naples. Honoring local heritage and reimagined for modern elegance, the resort includes residents‑only facilities, a luxury spa, a state‑of‑the‑art well‑being/fitness center, fine dining outlets, tennis, an 18‑hole golf course, bowling, a movie theater, and an exclusive private club.
About the role
The Drive Captain oversees and coordinates all curbside, arrival, and departure operations, creating a seamless and elevated sense of arrival for hotel, restaurant, and banquet guests. This role supervises driveway activity, ensures efficient traffic flow, and serves as the primary point of coordination between Valet, Bell, House Car, and Front Office teams to guarantee a smooth, professional, and memorable guest experience.
What you will do
Lead and oversee all curbside and drive operations, ensuring a warm, organized, and efficient guest arrival and departure experience.
Greet guests arriving by private car, taxi, rideshare, or limousine with a professional welcome; assist with opening car doors and ensuring guest safety when entering or exiting vehicles.
Coordinate with Valet Attendants to issue valet tickets, control vehicle flow, and ensure timely parking and retrieval of guest vehicles.
Direct guest vehicles, taxis, and ride shares to appropriate staging areas to maintain smooth traffic flow on the drive.
Oversee the handling of guest luggage upon arrival and departure, ensuring luggage is unloaded, tagged, and transferred according to policy and procedure.
Escort guests to the Front Desk when appropriate, providing introductions and coordinating with Bell Staff for luggage delivery.
Supervise and support curbside staff during high‑volume periods, special events, and group arrivals, including unpacking, organizing, and staging luggage from buses or large vehicles.
Serve as the primary point of contact for curbside guest inquiries, offering directions, recommendations, transportation assistance, and information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
Coordinate and oversee the operation of the house car, managing guest schedules, wait times, and expectations; arrange alternative transportation during peak periods when necessary.
Handle guest concerns and service recovery at the drive level with professionalism, discretion, and a solution‑oriented approach.
Assist departing guests by coordinating luggage loading, calling taxis or ride services, and ensuring a smooth and timely departure.
Ensure the exterior entrance, driveway, and immediate interior front‑of‑house areas are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
Maintain strong communication with Front Desk, Valet, Bell Staff, Security, and leadership to ensure operational alignment and guest satisfaction.
Assist Valet and Bell Staff during peak business periods by answering phones, pulling tickets, and supporting overall operations as needed.
Ensure compliance with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact.
Work harmoniously and professionally with all team members, acting as a role model for service excellence and brand standards.
Maintain familiarity with daily event schedules, outlet hours, and resort activities to proactively assist guests.
What you bring
