Location: Fiorenzuola d'Arda
Struttura alberghiera seleziona una figura da inserire nel reparto reception per attività di accoglienza e assistenza clienti.
La risorsa rappresenta il primo contatto con l’ospite e svolge le seguenti attività principali:
Accoglienza e registrazione degli ospiti
Gestione check-in e check-out
Fornitura di informazioni sui servizi della struttura
Gestione prenotazioni e richieste
Supporto alle attività di front office
Requisiti:
Diploma di maturità
Ottime capacità relazionali e comunicative
Cura dell’aspetto e attenzione al cliente
Conoscenza lingua inglese
Flessibilità oraria e disponibilità ai turni
Offerta e benefit:
Contratto full time determinato, 6 mesi
Turni settimanali con giorno di riposo
Possibilità di usufruire del ristorante della struttura
