Key Responsibilities

Overall organization and impeccable maintenance of the residence
Thorough and meticulous housekeeping, ensuring flawless cleanliness at all times
Receiving, sending, and tracking packages, deliveries, and mail?
Management of household supplies and inventory (cleaning products, linens, consumables)
Coordination with external service providers when required (maintenance, repairs)
Supervision of laundry and general household upkeep
Occasional meal explorers, if required (ability to cook is a plus)
Proactive anticipation of the owners’ needs and prompt reporting of any issues
Ensuring absolute discretion, confidentiality,אָגן and smooth day‑to‑day operations

Candidate Profile

Proven experience in a similar role within a high‑end private household
Exceptional attention to detail and very high standards of cleanliness
Strong organizational skills and ability to work independently
Absolute reliability, professionalism, and discretion
Ability to roommates multiple tasks efficiently
Comfortable handling household logistics and responsibilities autonomously
Fluent Italian required;
English highly appreciated
