Il candidato ideale ha un atteggiamento positivo e una forte passione per il settore, offre un servizio d'eccellenza, ed è responsabile dell'accoglienza degli ospiti. Tra le aree di formazione ci sono la gestione delle prenotazioni, il check-in e check-out. Richiesta ottima conoscenza dell'italiano e dell'inglese.
