We're looking for a  Rooms Division Manager  who brings clarity to complexity, holds the reins of daily operations and still keeps an open ear for every guest and team member.
This role is ideal for someone ready to grow!

What you’ll be doing includes:
Leading and coordinating Front Office and Housekeeping teams
Ensuring excellent guest service standards throughout the entire guest journey
Running daily operations side by side with our team leaders
Monitoring service quality, guest feedback, and complaint handling
Developing team members and fostering a strong service culture
Collaborating closely with HR, other department heads and hotel management
Helping shape budgets, KPIs and cost controls in your area
Improving procedures to make us smarter, more efficient, and even more guest-focused.

What we’re looking for:

Professional experience in Front Office, Housekeeping or Rooms Division leadership
A hands-on leader with a  solution-oriented mindset
Strong communication skills in  German, Italian and English
Passion for creating smooth processes and memorable moments
A natural motivator with an eye for potential in others
Degree in Hospitality Management or similar is a plus
Ambition to grow into broader hotel management responsibilities
