HOUSEKEEPING MANAGER
Caorle (VE) | Resort 5★ – Pre-opening
Per una nuova struttura 5★ in apertura a Caorle , selezioniamo un/una Housekeeping Manager che avrà la responsabilità di garantire i più alti standard di pulizia, ordine e cura degli ambienti.
Responsabilità
Gestione e coordinamento del reparto housekeeping
Organizzazione dei turni e supervisione del personale
Controllo qualità camere e aree comuni
Collaborazione con Front Office e Manutenzione
Gestione forniture, lavanderia e procedure operative
Implementazione standard in fase di pre-opening
Profilo ideale
Esperienza nel ruolo in hotel o resort di medio-grandi dimensioni
Spiccata capacità organizzativa e attenzione ai dettagli
Leadership e gestione di team numerosi
Esperienza in contesti stagionali o di apertura struttura
Lingue: italiano, inglese e tedesco fluente (requisito indispensabile)
Dettagli contrattuali
Contratto full time – 5 giorni su 7, 40h settimanali
Inserimento per apertura 1° maggio
Alloggio disponibile nel primo periodo
