Reports to Front Office Manager
Primary Responsibilities

Fulfil operations of the Front Office, according to the company policies, standards and procedures, maintaining high standards at all times: handle all guest arrival check ins and departure check-outs
Create memorable and tailored experiences for all guests following Belmond standards
Coordinate guests services, working with local partners to ensure consistency in the level of service
Anticipate Guests' needs and handle Guests' complaints
Cross sell hotel services and venues
Handle reservation inquiries and relative requests
Support the team with Concierge emails, PBX, chat
Consistently meet or exceed defined performance expectations as per management's goals ensuring all guests' satisfaction

Requirements

Excellent communicational skills, both with Guests and co-workers/colleagues. Skilled at engaging audience
Detail and guest care oriented
Fluent in English and Italian
Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner
At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels
Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards
Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems but not required
