Location: Via Milano
A luxury hotel in Milan is seeking an experienced Front Office professional to manage guest relations and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of hotel operations, excellent communication skills in English and Italian, and proficiency in Opera PMS software. With a minimum of one year in a similar role, you will work closely with management to ensure a seamless guest experience.
A background in 5-star hospitality is highly preferred, as is knowledge of Milan's cultural attractions.
