The Role  We are recruiting Female Support Workers/Carers in Norwich to support people to live in and be part of the local community, within a supported living environment. Our services are about helping people to get out in the community and make the most of their time in their own homes.

Responsibilities   Provide practical assistance and emotional support to empower the people we support to achieve their goals and aspirations, respecting everyone’s individuality and enabling them to make appropriate choices to live the life they wish, in line with their individual support plans.
Promote the health, well‑being, physical, emotional, cultural and spiritual beliefs of the people we support and ensure they are met in an inclusive way.
Perform general housekeeping duties including shopping, domestic tasks and elements of personal care.
Complete a range of records and documents as required by the role.
Work both lone and within a team.
Hold a valid UK driving licence.

Experience of supporting people with learning disabilities and/or complex care is preferred but all training will be provided.
