A leading international humanitarian organization is seeking a passionate Protection/GBV Specialist to lead the GBV response for newly arrived individuals in Lampedusa, Italy. You will manage a team and ensure timely support for survivors. Responsibilities include coordinating referrals, delivering information sessions, and training local authorities. The ideal candidate has a degree in Social Sciences, 3+ years of experience in GBV, and is fluent in Italian and English.
This role requires working in a dynamic environment to positively impact lives at a critical entry point in Europe.
