Spa Therapist

Location: Ficarazzelli-Bagni Italia

We are looking for a passionate and hands-on SPA Therapist to join our pre-opening team and lead the daily operations of our intimate and elegant Spa.

The role will report to the Head Therapist & SPA Supervisor.

Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy’s most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences.
The hotel is featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues.

Main duties and responsibilities

Perform a variety of massage treatments (Swedish, deep tissue, hot stone, aromatherapy)
Provide professional facial and body treatments according to spa standards
Assess clients’ needs and recommend appropriate treatments and products
Prepare treatment rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper setup before each session
Maintain high standards of hygiene and sanitation at all times
Ensure client comfort, privacy, and safety during treatments
Promote and sell spa products and services when appropriate
Keep accurate client records and treatment notes
Assist in maintaining a relaxing and welcoming spa environment
Follow health and safety regulations and company policies

Skills and requirements:

Proven experience as Spa Therapist.
Certified in massage and skincare treatments will be a plus.
Strong communication and leadership skills with a guest-centric attitude.
Proactive, organized, with the ability to monitor performance indicators.
Excellent communication skills in both Italian and English.
Work weekends, holidays and on shifts when required.
