Webuild Group is looking for recent graduates in Economics and Engineering (or related disciplines/experiences) who wish to launch their careers in an International context and aspire to a career path within the Controlling & Accounting Department, in the business Unit of International Cost & Risk Controlling.
If you have completed your studies and are motivated for an international career, we are looking for you for our International Cost Control Graduate Program!
You will be placed directly on a contract-to-hire basis at one of our international projects in France and Ethiopia, new hires will be supervised for an initial training period. Therefore, willingness to relocate abroad and a great desire to learn are required!
What you will be responsible for:

Methodological support to the Operations Controller in the definition of the control model for each order, in the verification and determination of the related costs and in the identification and analysis of deviations
In coordination with Ops Controllers and Budgeting & Planning resources, execution of cost analysis and estimates, in compliance with the planning, control and budgeting deadlines set at Group level.
Process of planning and control of industrial costs linked to the realization of the works, ensuring systematicity and effectiveness in coordination with the Operations Controllers.
Activities aimed at promoting comparison and convergence between the industrial efficiency analysis and the Group's economic-financial performance indicators
Preparation and address of the Cost Control summary reports to the General Management in compliance with the defined deadlines
Promotion of continuous improvement of processes, methodologies and tools, with a view to transforming cost control into project control

What we expect of you:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Engineering or related disciplines; equivalent experience as accountant / technician in charge of works accounting will however be taken into consideration;
Knowledge of financial and accounting tools;
Good command of Excel and financial management software;
Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively;
Good knowledge of French (if interested in our French projects) and English language. Knowledge of other languages will be considered a plus;
Willingness to relocate.
